A week with Casinacho Games: what the rooms actually offer

I'll admit I ignored Casinacho Games at first because the icon didn't tell me much. A reader asked us to look at it, so I put it on my phone and gave it a proper week. It turned out to be a gentle, tap-driven adventure pack that's easier to describe once you're inside it.

The structure is a set of themed rooms. Each one hands you a small challenge, you solve it with taps and swipes, and the next room opens. Nothing here asks for fast reflexes, which made it a good wind-down game before sleep.

Controls are the strong point. Everything works with one thumb, and I never missed a button or fought the interface. The art is big and clear, so even on my older phone the scenes stayed easy to read.

My advice if you try it: don't rush the rooms. They're short on purpose, and the game is more pleasant in two or three sittings than one long grind. After a week I still open it when I want something undemanding.

It's not a sprawling RPG and doesn't pretend to be. As a light, cheerful adventure to dip into, it earned its spot on my home screen.
